The Sister Mary Gonzaga Haessly papers consist of two series: Historical Materials and Printed Matter. The Historical Materials series (1 linear foot) includes Sister Gonzaga's collected papers while serving as faculty and dean at Ursuline College. Materials include correspondence and reports. Of particular note are Sister Gonzaga's handwritten journals and typewritten "Annals of Ursuline College," which detail events and important dates at Ursuline College from 1922-1966. The Printed Matter (2.5 linear feet) contains various announcements, programs, brochures, publications, and clippings that Sister Gonzaga collected and organized while at Ursuline College.

Sister Mary Gonzaga Haessly was a nun of the Ursuline Order of Cleveland. Sr. Gonzaga joined the faculty of Ursuline College in 1922 and became dean in 1932.
